One of the lies I believed during my darkest seasons was that I had to figure things out alone. Vulnerability felt dangerous. Asking for help felt like failure. So I built walls and convinced myself that strength meant suffering in silence.
It wasn’t until I met women who were brave enough to be honest about their own struggles that I realized how much my isolation was costing me.
The Power of Shared Stories
When someone sits across from you and says, “I’ve been there too. I understand this pain,” something shifts inside. Suddenly you’re not alone. Your experience is validated. Your struggle is normalized.
This is the heart of why At The Table exists—not to pretend we have it all figured out, but to create spaces where we can be honest about the places we’re broken and experience healing in community.
Choosing Brave
Being part of community requires vulnerability. It requires showing up as you are, not as you think you should be. It requires risk. But the alternative—isolation and shame—costs far more.
If you’re ready to find your people, to be known, and to experience the healing that comes through authentic community, I invite you to At The Table.
