The word “discipleship” often brings to mind structured programs, study guides, and accountability checkpoints. But I’ve learned that real discipleship looks far more like a meaningful relationship than a productivity system.
Jesus didn’t call His disciples to a program. He called them to follow Him—to walk alongside Him, to ask questions, to fail, to learn, and to be transformed through relationship.
Relationship Over Rules
When we reduce discipleship to a set of rules or a curriculum, we miss the transformative power of genuine connection. True spiritual growth happens when someone invests in you—not because it’s their job, but because they care about who you’re becoming.
This is why I’m passionate about mentorship. It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about walking alongside someone through their journey, sharing wisdom from my own experiences, and creating space for them to encounter God for themselves.
Your Unique Journey
I’ve learned that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to discipleship. Your journey will look different from mine, and that’s beautiful. What matters is that you’re committed to following Jesus and that you have people around you who are committed to your growth.
If you’re looking for that kind of relationship—mentorship that honors your unique story and calling—reach out. Let’s walk this journey together.
